The staff at Hi-Hills Day Camp are a devoted and caring group of people dedicated to nurturing and teaching your children. The majority of our staff are teachers and college students with a supporting staff of high school students over the age of 16. Many are former campers helping to carry on the traditions of our camp after going through our Counselor in Training (CIT) Program. This great mix of individuals provides a balance of enthusiasm, understanding and exceptional care.
Every Hi-Hills staff member goes through a background check and attends training sessions before the first day of camp. Hi-Hills Day camp lifeguards are certified in first aid, CPR and AED, in addition to their American Red Cross lifeguard certifications.
